2:04 a.m. – Deputy administered Narcan to individual who had overdosed. Patient woke up and was OK, according to Sheriff’s Office. 400 block Center St.
5:45 a.m. – Caller reported theft of wallet from vehicle, Village St.
6:36 a.m. – Savannah Haley Griffin, 26, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for parole violation theft III. Bradley James Bergstad-Kissinger, 27, was cited for an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation forgery.
6:59 p.m. – Caller reported theft of jump starter and miscellaneous from vehicle, 5th St.
8:42 a.m. – Caller reported a male who was drinking on a business property (presumably Safeway) was asked to leave, but he refused. Caller said she would call the police and he said he would kill all the cops. He stole pre-packaged cold meals and headed north on Main St. Jason Michael Comer, 45, was taken into custody. Report taken for parole violation detainer. Comer trespassed from Safeway and Paws.
10:30 a.m. – Caller reported fraudulent use of her credit card in Pennsylvania. Loss valued at $1,005.
12:27 p.m. – Report taken for a suspicious item. A wrapped up bottle with a fuse on the top was found on railroad tracks.
1:46 p.m. – Caller reported $31,500 in fraudulent charges reported to her by Credit Karma.
3:31 p.m. – Caller reported hit and run, Main St. Oregon State Police later took a suspect into custody.
3:52 p.m. – Caller reported a black truck stopped on Jadon Dr. and asked her two kids to help them look for a puppy. She said this is the second time a black truck has asked the kids for help.
4:08 p.m. – Report taken for theft of Schwin Cruiser bike, Main St. Loss valued at $248.
5:56 p.m. – Danielle Grace Trevino, 19, was cited for following too closely, 5th St. Report taken for motor vehicle crash.
6:19 p.m. – A male only identified as Micah was cited for theft III and trespassed from 7-11 for life.
7:20 p.m. – Report taken for motor vehicle crash, Sherman St. The driver of a black Lincoln said she was hit in an intersection by a driver in a red Jaguar who said he had no license or insurance before he ran away. The Jaguar was impounded.
9:02 p.m. – A female and her four children were riding motor cross-style motorcycles on the grass at Cheadle Lake Park. An officer informed her motorcycles are not allowed to be ridden within the park.
11:05 p.m. – Caller reported a lock was cut on a storage unit on Primrose St., but nothing else appears broken or stolen. Damage valued at $20.
7:42 a.m. – Caller reported a hole was cut in the fence, but nothing is missing, Main St.

10:39 a.m. – Caller reported items that appear to be leftover garage sale items were dumped at a church on Main St.
12:41 p.m. – Caller reported theft of a fifth of Fireball, Main St. Loss valued at $14.99.
1:45 p.m. – Caller believes a Walmart employee scratched her car with shopping carts while they were emptying the garbage can next to her car.
4:01 p.m. – Caller reported a male ate a meal at their business on Main St. and left without paying. Through video, an officer identified the male as Patrick Mallory.
5:08 p.m. – Caller reported his wife and son were pulling into the Taco Time parking lot when another driver got angry at them for using their turn signal, stating that was for old people. The wife proceeded to Airport Rd. and Main St. where the other driver pulled up, showed them a knife and said he was going to stab them. The male driver was described as an older white male with missing teeth.
6:57 p.m. – Report taken for hit and run, Milton St. A Pontiac and a white Dodge were involved in a head-on collision. The Pontiac left the scene and was located on Primrose St. and Dewey Rd.

12:27 p.m. – An officer counseled two males involved in a road rage / harassment case. A male flipped another subject off, so the subject followed him to Walmart and hit him in the face. They both agreed the role they played was not the best decision.
1:38 p.m. – Two-vehicle crash reported in 33300 block Brewster Rd. Minor injuries. According to Sheriff’s Office, Rita Stenberg, 61, of Lebanon, failed to yield the right of way to Anthony Bentley, 52, of Scio, by pulling out onto the road in front of him, causing the crash. Stenberg was cited for the violation. Report taken.
1:41 p.m. – Ronald Louis Schrick, 71, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, Main St.
3:22 p.m. – Ashley Schooley, 37, of Lebanon, arrested on warrants, 300 block Russell St. Report taken.

4:07 p.m. – Schrene Worley, 53, of Lebanon, arrested on warrants, 31100 block 1st St. Report taken.
4:33 p.m. – Caller reported robbery/vehicle stolen from Waterloo Park campground. 31200 block 1st St. According to Sheriff’s Office, victim was driving a 2006 Chevy Silverado when suspect threatened her with a knife and pulled her out of the truck. The suspect then drove off with the truck. The suspect is a known person to the victim. LCSO is still investigating the crime. Report taken.
5:08 p.m. – Schrene M. Worley, 53, was taken into custody for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for parole violation.
5:26 p.m. – Caller reported van stolen from 38700 block Lacomb Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, argument occurred between a father and two adult sons. The other people in the house left, and when they returned, the father’s 1996 Ford Econoline van was missing off the property. One of the sons messaged the family saying he would bring the van back, but hadn’t, as of Monday, July 11. The son had not been located. Investigation continuing. Report taken.
8:31 p.m. – A Walmart employee reported he asked a panhandler to leave the area, and the panhandler said, “F-off. This is America.” Joseph William Noel admitted he said this. He was trespassed for life.
9:25 p.m. – Report taken for found bag of presumptive methamphetamine in a business restroom, Santiam Hwy.
7:53 a.m. – Cassidy Sullivan, 30, of Sweet Home, cited on warrant following traffic stop Airport Road/9th St. Report taken.
9:09 a.m. – Caller reported theft of about 200 fencing planks, Kimber Ct.
10:33 a.m. – Patrick James Mallory, 29, was cited for trespassing, Santiam Hwy.
11:31 a.m. – Matthew Steven Philbrick, 34, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for parole violation fraudulent use of a credit card.
11:53 a.m. – Vehicle broken into, wallet stolen at McDowell Creek Park, 43100 block McDowell Creek Rd. Damage estimated at $500. Report taken.
12:50 p.m. – Pamela Jean Smith, 61, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of filing a false police report.
1:03 p.m. – Sheriff’s Office checked on stripped vehicle in county right-of-way, 200 block Alder St.
1:47 p.m. – Caller reported a female in leopard print pajamas had a knife and was yelling at people and saying she has her murder weapon with her, E St. There was blood on her pants. A female only identified as Harris was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for parole violation disorderly conduct II, a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of disorderly conduct II, and a Linn County Justice Court warrant for parole violation failure to appear on a criminal citation.
2:24 p.m. – Caller reported a male spit in a female’s face as they were walking together near 5th St. and Airport Rd. They went into a port-a-potty together and were arguing.
3:02 p.m. – Joseph Dunham, 44, of Lebanon, cited on warrants. Ariel Kaping, 28, of Sweet Home, arrested for second-degree theft, identity theft, first-degree forgery. 100 block Central Ave. According to Sheriff’s Office, arrest was result of probable cause affidavits written from a prior case a few weeks previous for arrest on listed charges. Kaping was located at this point in time and arrested for the prior charges. Report taken.
4:17 p.m. – Caller reported a female was taking rocks from a pile of rocks, Williams St.
6:08 p.m. – Caller reported a white pickup truck was driving backward on Santiam Hwy.
7:15 p.m. – Nicholas Alan Meola was taken into custody for DUI, Vaughan Ln. This is connected to the backward driving vehicle log.
8:14 p.m. – Caller reported a person was on top of railroad cars. Richard L. Ogbin was counseled about being on railroad property, Gilbert St.
9:22 p.m. – Caller reported a large number of children in the presence of parents were crawling up on the railroad train cars near Nova Health.
11:35 p.m. – Caller reported a garbage can was set on fire, Tangent St. Two subjects put the fire out and told an officer they doused their used fireworks with water before placing them in the garbage can, though they don’t know if that started the fire.
11:42 p.m. – Deputies contacted occupants of vehicle parked on side of road in 33800 block Brewster Rd. Rebecca Ann Duclos, 29, of Lebanon, cited and released on unrelated warrant for allegedly providing false information to police officer. Report taken.
12:18 a.m. – Loyd Patten, 55, of Lebanon, cited and released for warrant, 400 block Weldwood Dr.
12:50 a.m. – Deputy responded to 40400 Linnhaven Loop to, according to Sheriff’s log, “deal with a 28-year-old male who does not want to act like an adult.”
1:42 a.m. – Motor vehicle crash into field reported in area of Steckley/Sand Ridge roads. According to Sheriff’s Office, 2017 Chevy Impala drove off corner into wheat field, turned around and attempted to get out but ditch was too deep. Vehicle took out county street sign and broke guy wire to power pole. No one located with the vehicle. Driver fled before deputies’ arrival. Beer cans left outside the driver’s side door. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
2:10 a.m. – Stephen Galvan Tyman, 64, was cited for DUII and driving while suspended. He was involved in a motorcycle crash and was transported to the hospital. He was also cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for driving while suspended.
2:21 a.m. – Caller reported their four tires were slashed and windows broken, Vine St. He thinks it was done by his neighbor on the other side of the duplex, and feels unsafe.
6:22 a.m. – Caller reported a “naked” male was trying to enter a store on Tangent St. He had no shoes, socks or shirt, and his pants were falling down. An officer gave him a courtesy ride.
9:23 a.m. – Caller reported truck speeding through campground at Waterloo Park, 31200 block 1st St.
9:31 a.m. – Caller reported theft of two hanging plants from front porch, Rose St. Loss valued at $115.
10:51 a.m. – Heather Ann Harrison, 45, was cited for driving while suspended, Santiam Hwy.
11:10 a.m. – Daniel Isaiah Ostrander, 36, was cited for driving while suspended and uninsured, Park St.

3:43 p.m. – Lesa Dawn Cathcart, 59, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for parole violation DUII, and Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failures to appear on original charges of DUII, driving while suspended and offensive littering.
4:33 p.m. – Leana Esquivel, 31, of Medford, arrested for third-degree theft after allegedly shoplifting alcoholic beverage in 34000 block E. Lacomb Rd. Cited and released. Report taken.
6:31 p.m. – Callers reported a female driver who appeared slumped over and/or nodding off in her vehicle, swerving and unable to maintain lane, Santiam Hwy. An officer located the driver and determined she has medical issues that cause her to keep her head down and takes medication. She spoke clearly, and gave no reason for the officer to perform a sobriety test. He followed her several blocks and saw no signs of poor driving.
6:47 p.m. – Melannie Leanne Ader, 33, was cited for a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to perform the duties of a driver.
6:49 p.m. – Caller reported a 10-year-old punched a hole in the wall, F St. An officer spoke with the boy, who told him he got mad and punched a hole in the wall.
6:59 p.m. – Caller reported a male driver with a female passenger and children in the back was slurring and very confused in the drive-thru, Airport Rd. An officer located the driver and was not able to establish a reason to perform a sobriety test. The driver’s wife chose to drive home to relieve any concerns about unsafe driving.
9:04 p.m. – Jesus Torres, 35, of Lebanon, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, Hwy. 34/Agan Rd.
10:27 p.m. – Physical altercation reported at Willamette Speedway following main event, 36600 block Airport Rd. According to Sheriff’s Office, verbal altercation occurred following main event after the winning driver was confronted by another contestant`s brother. Bystanders believed a fight was about to occur and tried to intervene, which then caused an actual disturbance to occur. According to LCSO, statements gathered of the involved parties were generally consistent as to what occurred, although they differed greatly as to who was the instigator of the incident. What appear to be minor injuries occurred to a couple of the participants and these participants wish to pursue charges. Due to conflicting statements as to who the initial aggressor was, a report will be written and forwarded to the Linn County District Attorney`s Office for review. Report taken.
2:00 a.m. – Spencer Garcia, 23, of Lebanon, cited and released for driving under the influence, reckless driving after traffic stop in 38400 block Richardson Gap Rd. Transported to Linn County Jail, where he provided blood alcohol breath test indicating BAC of .09%, according to Sheriff’s Office. Report taken.
6:16 a.m. – Gail Brown, 56, cited for speeding, 87/55, 37200 block Hwy. 226.
8:05 a.m. – Report taken for theft of purse left in a cart at Wilco.
8:43 a.m. – Report taken for graffiti on restroom walls, sidewalk and picnic table, 4th St.
10:33 a.m. – A parking citation was issued for an ordinance violation on a motorhome that was parked on a city street, E St.
1:31 p.m. – Caller reported a female was sleeping in the restroom at Century Park. Rachell Ann Gandrud, 41, said she was sleeping there because it was cold outside. She was cited for a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for theft II, and she was told not to sleep in the bathroom.
1:57 p.m. – Deputy responded to report of suspicious vehicle in 38000 block Weirich Dr. Accordign to Sheriff’s Office, homeowner discovered a motorcycle parked on property. The plates on the motorcycle were stolen out of Lebanon. The bike was not listed as stolen. Plates were returned to owner. Investigation continuing. Report taken.
2:36 p.m. – Non-injury crash reported in 39600 block Lacomb Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, Mason Davis, 20 of Lebanon, crested a hill and braked hard to avoid a car in front of him. Slid off the road into the ditch, causing extensive damage to the passenger side of the 2004 Dodge Dakota he was driving. No citations. family came to pull the truck out on their own. Report taken.
4:46 p.m. – Kelvin E. Attebery, 33, was cited for driving while suspended, 7th St.
6:04 p.m. – Single-vehicle non-injury crash reported in 31400 block Berlin Rd. According to Sheriff’s Office, Kathleen Remington 60, of Lebanon, driving a Ford F150, swerved to miss a deer in the road. Left the roadway and hit the ditch and a tree, causing heavy damage. Report taken.
7:16 p.m. – Report taken for criminal mischief II, Jennings St. Andrew Bryan Phillips, 33, admitted to throwing a construction sign at a vehicle that caused minor damage.
8:16 p.m. – Victor Fernando Alvarez Laija, 26, was cited for driving without a valid license, Main St.
10:05 p.m. – Michael Perry, 34, of Lebanon, cited and released on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. 36300 block Oak St.
11:55 p.m. – Officer responded to a weapons call, Vine St, and determined a male was working on his motorcycle in his duplex garage when two of his neighbors entered the garage. He felt they were being confrontational when they asked him to stop revving his engine, and he felt unsafe with them there, so he displayed his BB gun at them.
12:06 a.m. – An officer responded to a call about a driver who was “all over the road and speeding.” He located the driver and performed a sobriety test, but found no clues of impairment. The driver admitted to drinking two hours prior, to having poor eyesight and to having a vehicle that was unsafe to operate. He was given a courtesy ride home for safety.
2:04 a.m. – Deputies investigated reported menacing, 38600 block Sodaville Waterloo Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, altercation occurred between a couple of people at the location. A group had been arguing back and forth over text message, and were headed to the property to retrieve a vehicle. The group sent some threatening message to the property owner. When the group arrived, the owner came out with a hatchet and threatened the group to leave. There were words back and forth and the group left without any violence. According to LCSO, it appears both sides made threats and the male with the hatchet felt there were multiple people there to confront him. Report was sent to DA for charging consideration. 10:39 a.m. – A customer at an auto care center on Santiam Hwy. refused to give basic information to the employee for car service. The employee told the customer he couldn’t work on his car without the information, and the customer threatened to follow him home and “cap him” in his sleep.
11:44 a.m. – Caller reported theft of gas from 10 vehicles, Sherman St.
1:31 p.m. – Leonard D. Foreman, 29, was given warning about a Coos County Circuit Court warrant for parole violation amphetamine.
1:41 p.m. – Caller reported theft of Lottery ticket, 31200 SW 5th St.

8:32 p.m. – Officer responded to a call about a swerving car driving slowly, Airport Rd. He located the driver and found now signs of impairment. The driver said she drives as slow as she needs to in order to drive safely.
9:35 p.m. – Officer took Glenda Loree Pittman, 55, into custody following a field sobriety test, Milton St.
5:43 a.m. – Caller reported theft of hand and power tools, gas cans and golf clubs from his property, 9th St. Loss valued at $3,000.
6:50 a.m. – Patrick James Mallory, 29, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation.
6:59 a.m. – Derek Armond Johnson, 52, allegedly refused to get off the Linn County Shuttle after being unable to pay for the ride. The responding officer reported Johnson said he’s running for President, and Johnson agreed to exit the bus.
7:15 a.m. – Dustin Wolfgang Furry, 22, was cited for a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for parole violation eluding a police officer, an Albany Municipal Court warrant for criminal trespassing, and a Marion Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.
7:56 a.m. – Austin Alan Ross, 24, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft II. Taylor Ray Plummer, 29, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.

3:46 p.m. – Caller reported she believes a male driver who almost sideswiped her is too old to drive. Officer contacted the driver, who said he can drive better than the officer, and no observations were found to give reason for the officer to stop him from driving.

6:16 p.m. – A female near Duffy’s said she shot someone and can’t find her gun. She was taken into custody. Report taken.

12:21 p.m. – Subject reported a hit and run while his car was parked, Main St.
8:14 p.m. – Caller reported a male was arguing with them about a scooter, Maple St.. The business owner of an electric scooter rental business in Albany was trying to recover their scooter which the caller’s husband had taken because he saw it sitting on a sidewalk in Albany and thought it was free.

10:29 p.m. – An air traffic controller out of Seattle said a commercial American Airlines pilot reported a green laser being pointed at the body of the plane coming from the Lebanon airport.

3:56 p.m. – Austin Roles, 19, and Everett Roles, 46, both of Lebanon, cited for second-degree criminal trespass, 33100 block Brewster Rd. According to Sheriff’s Office, the two were visible on camera breaking into the gate on the property. LCSO arrived and apprehended them as they were returning to their vehicle. Report taken.

8:17 p.m. – Caller reported theft of five gallons of gasoline from boat, Hobbs St.
8:33 p.m. – Caller found a bag in the canal with something inside, Grant St. The caller poked it with a stick and it felt like a body. Officer waded into the canal to find a submerged jacket full of dirt. No body.
8:58 p.m. – Caller reported customers in the drive-thru were harassing the employees and refusing to leave, Santiam Hwy.
9:45 p.m. – Caller reported someone threw food into the drive-thru window at Carl’s Jr. The drive was located and she admitted she threw the food because Door Dash got her order wrong and refused to fix the problem, so she lost her cool and threw the food.
10:04 p.m. – Caller reported a male subject took about five bags of fertilizer from Wilco parking lot, and believes it will be used for a marijuana grow.
8:59 a.m. – Christopher Edgar was taken into custody for attempting to steal someone’s cell phone, Weldwood Dr.
11:21 a.m. – Kevin Bumgardner, 18, of Albany, cited for driving while suspended, Berlin/Bellinger Scale roads.
12:09 p.m. – Employee at Lebanon Animal Hospital said Larry Reece and Lois Heatherly allegedly brought in their dog last night with a broken jaw and promised to return the next day with a deposit to secure treatment for the dog. The employee has been unable to reach them, and requested an officer contact them because the dog needs treatment. An officer spoke with a female at the residence who said she would call the vet.

8:03 p.m. – Christopher Edgar attempted to throw coins from his small safe at people, stating he wanted to be kind and give them money, William St. He threw a cigarette butt at a passing motorcyclist. Edgar was given a courtesy ride home.
9:38 p.m. – James Joseph Cripe, 52, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to yield, Dewey St.
9:43 p.m. – Christopher Edgar, 32, of Sodaville, arrested for trespassing, 38600 block Harrington Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, Edgar was contacted multiple times and warned to leave the property he had no reason to be on. 9:07 a.m. – Caller reported theft of wallet from vehicle, 10th St.
10:42 a.m. – Diane Lucille Deyulia, 43, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for parole violation DUII.
11:33 a.m. – Caller reported small tree cut down on private property, 38800 block Christopher Way. Estimated value $100.
1:24 p.m. – Caller reported Claudia Diane Hudson, 26, had been discharged from the hospital, was high, and now throwing rocks at vehicles and people. Officer gave Hudson a ride to Sweet Home.

5:55 p.m. – Caller reported a female paid for her food but complained it took too long, and is now refusing to leave and is videotaping the employee.

7:14 p.m. – Ex-boyfriend kicked ex-girlfriend’s vehicle, dented it. 5500 block Santiam Hwy. Both parties were interviewed by Sheriff’s Office. There was damage to the truck, but it was disputed about which dents were new and which were old, because there were a lot of dents. No charges filed. Report taken.
8:31 p.m. – Caller reported someone’s been under her house and it looks like a bunch of loose wires are everywhere, Red Arrow Dr. She believes a particular male is trying to kill her, but this male has been incarcerated for almost two months now. She was advised to write down everything and contact her attorney.
10:22 p.m. – Motor vehicle crash reported in area of Santiam River Road/McDowell Creek Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, Josh Koenig, 19, of Sweet Home, driving a Toyota Camry was passing Mark Stevenson, 66 of Lebanon, in a Honda Accord. The Honda turned left and the two collided. Minor damage due to slow speeds. Report taken.

9:56 a.m. – Oregon State Police brought Freddie Leon Seiber, 60, to the Justice Center for a Lebanon warrant for parole violation theft II.
10:17 a.m. – Larry Saber, 74, of Estacada, cited for speeding in commercial dump truck through Waterloo, 40/25, 38900 block River Dr., warned for other violations.
12:06 p.m. – Nancy Randall, 37, of Lebanon, cited for dog as public nuisance, 33000 block Wheeler Loop. Sheriff’s Office reported Randall has been contacted multiple times about the dogs, and this time they were harassing horses and an donkey in a neighbor’s pasture.
1:19 p.m. – Eric Wayne Steadman, 46, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and improper display, Park St.
2:31 p.m. – Caller was upset with the quality of a paint job and wanted the painters to leave, Grant St. The contract explained there would be no removal of old paint because it contained lead and she refused to pay the hazard removal fee. She requested the painter be trespassed from her property, and the officer advised the painter about how to seek civil counsel for lost payment.
4:07 p.m. – Michael Fisher, 40, of Lebanon, arrested for violation of restraining order, 32500 block Hayden Rd. Report taken.
4:58 p.m. – Caller reported someone trying to steal wood, Airway. Faron Walter Kennedy, 57, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for parole violation for fraudulent use of a credit card, and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for criminal trespassing. Kennedy and Katelyn Jo Horn, 33, were cited for theft I and trespassed from the property.

10:15 p.m. – Brayden Childress, 26, of Lebanon, arrested fro unlawful use of a weapon-firearm, menacing-firearm, and second-degree disorderly conduct. 2000 block 7th St. Lodged in Linn County Jail. According to Sheriff’s Office, Childress was “intoxicated and involved in a physical fight earlier in the night. He returned with a firearm to retaliate. He was located in the parking lot with the firearm and arrested before it escalated further.” Report taken.

6:02 a.m. – Caller reported theft of a hanging basket of petunias off her front porch, Vine St. Loss valued at $43.
10:15 a.m. – Caller reported a male came in with a small dog, picked the dog up by the collar and was hitting it, and went behind the counter and grabbed food. A few minutes later a caller from Oregon State Credit Union reported the male was trying to leave the dog there, was very intoxicated and sitting on employee cars. Christopher John Edgar, 32, was trespassed from the bank and Carl’s Jr.

1:03 p.m. – Male threatened deputy because he did not agree with deputy’s actions on call. Sheriff’s Office explained to him that his threats would be taken seriously. 400 block Center St.
1:25 p.m. – Caller reported theft of tools from company flatbed truck, Camellia Dr. Loss valued at $300.
2:57 p.m. – Caller reported theft of medication, Nintendo Switch and a comic book, Carolina St.
3:51 p.m. – Cierra Brown, 22, of Lebanon, cited on warrant, also cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 2700 block Santiam Hwy.
4:50 p.m. – Caller reported a black Toyota Rav hit another car and drove off, Main St.
4:52 p.m. – Justin Gilmore, 35, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, 300 block Sand Ridge Court. Report taken.
5:25 p.m. – Michael Jefferson, 32, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, River Drive/Headgate Road.
5:44 p.m. – Caller reported Sara Burton requested a full “deluxe” pedicure, valued at $142, a few days prior at a nail salon, Airport Rd. After three hours of service, she stated she could only pay $40 and promised to pay the remainder later. The business made several attempts to call her and she blocked their calls. Her husband called and said it was a misunderstanding about the cost of service and they will pay in a few days.
6:57 p.m. – Caller reported suspicious activity in death of six of her eight ducks killed in road, 38700 block Olmart Way. Caller suspected something suspicious because the ducks wouldn’t go out in the road unless, she said, they were bring fed. However, no food was found in the roadway.
7:21 p.m. – Alejandra Ramirez, 20, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 80/55, Hwy. 34/Tangent Dr.

9:12 p.m. – David Adams, 45, of Lebanon, cited for failure to maintain lane, driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to register vehicle, Tangent/12th streets.
9:56 p.m. – Caller reported Christopher Edgar was naked and refusing to leave the hospital after being released. The Linn County Sheriffs Office had taken him to the hospital on a police officer hold. Officer transported Edgar home.
3:22 a.m. – Callers reported two male juveniles were doing push-ups in the turn lane on Hwy. 20. The boys said they were just playing around, and were advised about disorderly conduct and curfew violations.
5:49 a.m. – Pablo Torres, 19, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 90/55, 32500 block Denny School Rd.
7:02 a.m. – Thomas Joshua Gantt, 33, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing.
9:57 a.m. – Officer confirmed a caller’s report that someone slept all night in a hammock in the gazebo at Ralston Park. They will try to identify the subject and advise of park rules.
11:03 a.m. – Caller reported they received threats over the Roe v Wade issues, Vine St.
1:09 p.m. – Coberly was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for parole violation driving while suspended.
1:14 p.m. – A witness reported a white car hit a parked car in the hospital parking lot and did not leave a note. Notes were left for the car owners who later called the police. The victim said it was minor damage, the suspect said she was late to her appointment and that’s why she didn’t leave a note.
2:10 p.m. – Wesley Clarence Wright, 58, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for unlawful sexual penetration.
3:29 p.m. – Caller reported theft of tools from garage, Steelhead Ct.
3:52 p.m. – Caller reported three batteries have been stolen from dump trucks in the past few weeks, B St.
4:09 p.m. – Joshua Welch, 33, of Lebanon, cited on a warrant, Porter/Alder streets. Report taken.
5:34 p.m. – Paul Mejia-Rodriguez, 29, of Lebanon, cited for unsafe passing on the left, 39200 block Lacomb Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, Mejia-Rodriguez passed a deputy on a hill, on a two-lane road with double yellow lines and with limited sight distance. The deputy was attempting to turn left when, according to LCSO, Mejia-Rodriguez passed on the left, nearly causing a collision.
7:55 p.m. – Jason Riley Beasley, 47, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for parole violation driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to yield, and Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of interfering with police, and for contempt of court.
11:25 p.m. – Gina Lynn Cardoza, 54, was cited for driving while suspended, a defective headlight, and driving uninsured. The car she was in was impounded and entered into LEDS.

11:06 a.m. – Caller reported a female rolling around on the sidewalk and eating grass at Ralston Park.
11:59 a.m. – Stolen vehicle reported in 200 block Crowfoot Rd. 2017 Jeep Patriot, black in color, left with keys in the vehicle. Was during night at location. Report taken.
1:28 p.m. – Officer responded to an animal cruelty complaint from the Oregon Humane Society, but no one answered the door. A renter complained that three dogs are kept in cages in an apartment above her, and they bark day and night, as well as cry and whine. The owner seems to be gone a lot. She never sees the dogs being walked, and found they potty on the balcony, which leaks down to her balcony and door. The landlord told her they can’t do much because one of the dogs is a service dog.
2:15 p.m. – Caller reported two juveniles were on the roof at the school, 10th St.
2:39 p.m. – Brennen Tyler Seplocha, 30, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for parole violation theft, a Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear, and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for theft III. Season Marie Bartley, 41, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, failure to carry proof of insurance and driving while suspended.
2:58 p.m. – Report taken for harassment when a female threw a full can of Red Bull at their back, Santiam Hwy.
3:35 p.m. – Report taken after finding meth, a scale and apparently-stolen documents in the possession of Justin Teague Britton, 46.
4:10 p.m. – Caller reported Monique Marie Tressel, 34, was laying on the floor of a public bathroom stall, Park St. Tressel claimed she was taking a nap and denied help from medics.
7:05 p.m. – Caller reported two teenagers attempted to steal two stuffed animals, Main St.
4:38 a.m. – Tyson Lee Hanson, 19, was taken into custody for DUII, 2nd St.
10:34 a.m. – Caller reported they were assaulted last night, C St. Officer determined it was a slight skirmish with a slap between two residents about a disagreement over clothing.
10:35 a.m. – Nicklaus Glasser, 32, of Lebanon, cited and released on warrant after report or illegal camping, 100 block Taylor St. Report taken.
12:25 p.m. – Caller reported a male fell and hit his head, and hasn’t moved since, Oak St. Officer found the male unconscious with a half-bottle of Fireball. The male woke up, denied hitting his head, finished his Fireball and refused medical help.
12:47 p.m. – Caller reported her car windows were smashed through with a large rock, Maple St.
12:50 p.m. – Caller reported a male took off his clothing, then started to dress again, 2nd St. He was acting odd and doing Kung-Fu on the sidewalk. Officer identified the male who was doing yoga and did not want the police to harass him.
12:54 p.m. – Caller reported a male sitting in an alley entrance, drinking Fireball, passed out; caller almost ran him over, Main St. Officer found the male heavily intoxicated and gave him a ride to a residence.

2:51 p.m. – Callers reported a male laying on the sidewalk under a blanket, 2nd St. Medics responded, but the male is okay and resting on the sidewalk out of the way.
3:30 p.m. – Caller reported a hit and run after a black BMW convertible pulled out of a parking spot and hit his truck, Main St. Damage is minimal.
3:58 p.m. – Citizen interrupted burglary in progress, 4000 block Santiam Hwy. According to Sheriff’s Office, caller arrived at property to find someone walking out of the garage. Caller confronted male, who took off in a late 1980s model Chevrolet S10-type vehicle with canopy. Truck was painted green and orange in a camouflage pattern. Suspect was a white male, about 5 foot 7, skinny build, with graying hair possibly had a mustache or goatee but did not have a full beard, wearing a black T-shirt, unknown color of pants, and a multi-colored hat. Unknown at this time what if anything was taken. House was in the process of being renovated and was not being lived in. Report taken.
11:30 p.m. – Jessica Marie Jones, 39, was cited for criminal mischief. After being told not to do so, Jones was seen smoking while staying inside the vestibule of the Justice Center. She refused to leave until the officer placed her items outside. She then dumped a tin can full of food on the concrete.
1:44 a.m. – Two callers reported a female neighbor yelling and banging on walls. Officer found multiple people outside because of this. The female appeared heavily intoxicated but denied drinking, and a young child was awake on the phone. She was unable to maintain a calm or quiet demeanor, but she agreed to quiet down. After she shut the door, the officer could hear her yelling, but later quieted down.
8:27 a.m. – Caller reported a former employee went to his house and threatened to rape and do inappropriate things to his wife and kids, 10th St.

12:41 p.m. – Female reported a male with a restraining order is on location with his girlfriend and a bunch of kids, Red Arrow Dr. Dispatcher confirmed the male was currently incarcerated, and the “startled and surprised” female asked if they were sure, then said “oh crap” and hung up.
1:38 p.m. – A family of panhandlers were advised to discontinue panhandling due to city ordinance, Weldwood Dr.
1:41 p.m. – Report taken after making contact with a female listed as a missing person out of Lane County.
2:01 p.m. – Caller reported a male and female went into a port-a-potty, thought it was suspicious, Grant St.
2:48 p.m. – Caller reported theft of iPhone 6, Apple Watch SE and Spider paintball gun from RV parked in 39300 block Davis St. Total value $1,600. Report taken.
4:51 p.m. – Caller reported a male on a motorcycle yelled at him and smacked the phone out of his hand because he was going too slow in his vehicle, Stoltz Hill Rd.
7:50 p.m. – Report taken for criminal mischief when an “aggressive” male patient slammed things and punched a hole in the wall at the hospital.
2:20 a.m. – Jason Michael Comer, 45, was arrested for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, Grant St.

Bryanna Sue Harley, 30, was cited for a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft III, and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for theft II. She was trespassed from Wilco for life.

3:42 p.m. – Power tools reported stolen from 1000 block F St. over previous weekend. Described as Dewalt 20 volt Sawzall, Stihl 034 Super chainsaw with 18-inch bar, Harbor Freight 12,000 LB wrench total value of $620.
4:38 p.m. – Three-vehicle crash in 36300 block Airport Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, Dodge Ram pickup driven by Cayla Coonc, 24, of Sweet Home, was stopped in the road for a turning vehicle, with a Honda Civic driven by Alberto Rodriguez, 24, of Salem, stopped behind the Dodge. A Ford F550 driven by Aaron Haase, 49, of Albany rear-ended the Honda, which then hit the Dodge Ram. No injuries and no citations, according to LCSO. Report taken.

6:58 a.m. – Caller reported running and yelling at nearby apartment for two hours, and this has been happening for months now, Boulder Falls Dr. Officer responded and found mother and her kids were running around playing hide and seek.
8:40 a.m. – Report taken for domestic violence assault IV. No further information provided.
12:30 p.m. – Report taken for attempted vehicular theft of a jeep that had children in it. Alex Levitsky was taken into custody and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, two counts of second-degree kidnapping, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, and third-degree criminal mischief. He urinated all over the jail cell floor. Bail was set at $100,000.
